At the upcoming Women in Leadership Summit this November, I'm thrilled to share insights on adaptability and empowerment in our rapidly evolving technological landscape.

 

My opening session, "Adaptability and Empowerment in Times of Technological Change," will focus on how you can future-proof your career amidst economic instability and technological disruption.

 

Drawing from my own experiences, including my journey of upskilling through research and pursuing my current Masters degree, I'll highlight the importance of continuous learning and innovation. We'll explore how we can capitalise on new opportunities and restructure our professional paths to thrive in this dynamic environment.

 

As a New Zealand-born woman with Indian heritage with a background in design/marketing and a career spanning management and governance, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with technological change. My experiences in advocacy, digital equity, and leadership have shaped my perspective on the importance of diversity and inclusion across many sectors.

 

Overcoming self-doubt, leveraging our unique skills and perspectives, and making meaningful contributions are all key parts of my presentation. By sharing turning points from my career, my goal is to inspire you to step confidently into leadership positions and drive positive change in our tech-driven and demographically changing world.
