Farah draws on more than 20 years of international, cross-sector experience to deliver bespoke facilitation and coaching programs that enable strong and sustainable results in the area of cross-cultural competence, leadership development and personal brand mastery in India, Middle East and South East Asia.  Her approach is focused on helping leaders lead with purpose and authenticity and enhance their leadership potential.
 
Angie and Farah met at International Association of facilitators Asia Conference in Taiwan in 2016. They connected instantly and shared the same passion in supporting women in finding their power from within.  They started to collaborate in creating the transformational “Integral Growth for Women in Leadership” program to help women fully utilize their innate qualities to lead with authenticity, influence and impact.  It has been an exciting and meaningful journey for both of them.
